Remove project metadata pushed by the parent POMs

We are mostly working on projects for customers, which are not open source. Also external developers are building projects for their company. The metadata (URLs, JIRA, commiters, license) are not relevant, and they should be removed from the parent POMs. The parent POM used by R&D and the archetype should not share that kind of information.
