CRISP access (profile) logging configuration

CRISP-88 introduces access logs on resourceResolver invocations.
So, if org.onehippo.cms7.crisp.core.profile.ResourceResolverProfiler is configured as a separate logger by default at info level, it would be nice.

Also, it might be a good idea too if the archetype defines a separate appender (e.g, crisp-profile like audit appender, with a rolling file name configuration. e.g. crisp-profile.log
