Set the project name as name of document root folders

When you create a new project from the archetype you can configure the artifactId (myhippoproject) and projectName (My Hippo Project). The artifactId is used as name for the /content/documents/myhippoproject and /content/gallery/myhippoproject nodes.

The project name should be used to set the hippo:name property (also add the hippo:named mixin) of these two nodes. That makes the name show up in the CMS, which is much nicer that just the nodename for those folders.
