Essentials dependency management is added to the release pom, use this instead of Essentials versions in the archetype

    Description

      With CMS-10467 the Essentials dependencies are managed in the release pom. Leverage this and remove the Essentials version from the archetype.
      If we must fixate the Essentials version for a project I propose we use the standard hippo.essentials.version property
