Warning is logged when external links are used

Tag menuitem.tag [1] is problematic when dealing with external links.
The assignment in line 13 (<hst:link var="link" link="${siteMenuItem.hstLink}"/>) produces a warning when hstLink is empty (cause there is an external link instead):

WARN [org.hippoecm.hst.tag.HstLinkTag.doEndTag():152] Cannot get a link because no link , path, node or sitemapItemRefId is set for a hst:link in template '/WEB-INF/jsp/standard/main/leftmenu.jsp'
