As Hippo, I want to implement the mechanism to add a Power Pack into a project

This story is done when:

• the sample Power Pack can be merged into an example project
• the output of the "next" page in the wizard can be as simple as "done"

Notes

• the project that the power pack is added to is the empty project, so no merge problems need to be taken care of
