Update all Spring used schema versions to 4.1

in quite some places, we have spring bean definition files containing something like

xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-3.0.xsd"

with the bump for Spring 4.1, we should replace these with latest scheme, afaik this is now 4.1
