Register broken links job with repository scheduler directly instead of via dedicated daemon module

The ability to register jobs with the repository scheduler using configuration was added recently and makes using a daemon module for that redundant. To avoid overhead the daemon module can be removed and the broken links job can be directly registered with the repository scheduler.
