Add possibility to show meta data of CMS documents to editors

Add an option to the Document menu that shows meta information that is otherwise hidden from the editors.

1. the URL name (you can now only see that in the rename dialog, and you have to depublish your document first)
2. the translation names of the document (if document has name in en, nl, fr, show those locales (with flag?) and the name it that language)
3. the metadata for the document that concerns publication workflow, that means:

• createdby, creationDate, lastModificationDate, lastModifiedBy, publicationDate
• only show info that is relevant for the current state: Live? only show info from the Live node. Unpublished? only/also show this info. Draft? only/also show this info. NB: the info of all 3 variants is available, but the editor should only see info that is relevant in regard to the current state of the document. Don't show info from the Draft node if nobody is actually having the document in draft mode.
