Page management > Edit menu: Auto scroll does not work correctly when menu list is big

1. Login to CMS as admin
2. Navigate to template composer >> select any channel >> Edit channel >> Edit menu
pre-requisite: There is long list of menu (>25) Happens in .org
3. Try dragging a top menu to bottom most

Expected - User should be able to drag the menu to lost seamlessly
Actual - While dragging when user hit the frame border auto scroll does not work
