Backport CMS7-7441: Translation behavior is not as expected

1. Login to CMS with English language
2. Navigate to documents and create new document (do not create from dashboard shortcuts)
3. Name the document as "test one document en" and click "save&close"
example - path=/content/documents/hippogogreen/events/2013/03/test-one-document-en
4. In console for the same path notice the translation node /console/?path=/content/documents/hippogogreen/events/2013/03/test-one-document-en/hippo:translation
hippo:language=en
hippo:message=test one document en
5. Now go back to cms and rename the document to "test en". "Save&Close" the document
6. Check the console again

Expected - In the same console path as above the hippo:message=test en
Actual - New hippo:translation[2] node is seen in the path console/?path=/content/documents/hippogogreen/events/2013/03/test-one-document-en/

hippo:language= (empty)
hippo:message=test en
